Jessica works in partnership with the board, providing strategic direction. She is also responsible for overseeing the LtMHS’s programs and services.

Shawn Scotchman

Nation Health Manager

Shawn supports LtMHS with program deliverables, reporting, and engagement activities as well as logistical and technical support.

Heather Sharp

Finance Manager

Heather manages and monitors LtMHS’s budgets. She also oversees financial operations and financial compliance.

Program Assistant

Virginia provides direct support for the managers and the team, administrative efficiency, communications, and meeting support.

Morgan supports the development, implementation, and on-going delivery of land-based, cultural healing services for the Secwépemc Nation.

Carrie Higginbottom

Jordan’s Principle Coordinator (Lakes & Central Sub-Regions)

Carrie provides service coordination to families with eligible dependents aged 0-18. She helps them navigate existing public resources or apply for financial aid for products, services, and supports through Jordan’s Principle in order to bridge service gaps in the realms of health, social welfare, and education.

Jordan’s Principle Coordinator (North Sub-Region)

Rebecca supports children and families navigating culturally appropriate services, enabling integrated and well-coordinated care across primary, acute, and community services.

Emergency Preparedness Technician

Patrick provides project coordination and the development of culturally safe and sustainable disaster response and recovery resources.
