About Emergency Preparedness

Educating yourself on how to respond in the event of an emergency and being prepared to act on that information is the best thing you can do for yourself, your family, and your broader community in that case of a natural disaster, accident, or other life-threatening situation. But you don’t need to do it alone. Our Emergency Preparedness staff have worked with our partners to develop a Strategic Plan for emergency response, which you can find on our Emergency Preparedness page.
